Both VTPro and Engraver look to the local PC's WINDOWS FONT folder for the available Fonts to use.

The following can happen if the distributed Fonts are missing from the Windows/fonts folder
Note: Both VTPro and Engraver will load and install the fonts contained in the attached zip file.
1) If a font does not show up as selectable under the Properties of the Button after selecting the [Font] radio button under the [Text] tab. Verify that the font does exist with the Font folder. If the font can be selected in another application such as WORD, it should then be able to be selected in VTPro.
2) If the Transport Fonts do not display correctly (display the 'letter' and not the transport) within the Engraver software.
Note: The Crestron Transport fonts are most likely missing
3) If the incorrect image is displayed on a Button for example in a SystemBuilder generated program.
Note: The TP GUI fonts may be missing
Browse to see if the font is on the local PC, the fonts are located under C:WindowsFonts. Fonts have a file extension of .ttf . If a font is not found, by default another font such as ARIAL or TIMES NEW ROMAN will be substituted until the font is installed.
Crestron distributes several fonts which are contained in the attached zip file and should be placed in the font folder along with the other fonts used on your PC.

Detailed explanation:

In the past, SIMPL Windows treated all of Crestron’s “generic input” ports as the same. That is, it didn’t distinguish between a Versiport and, say, the inputs on the PAC2M (which only accept a dry contact). The result was that tools like D3 Pro and SB would allow the user to place Crestron's occupancy sensors onto ports that physically could not support them.

This change in this version of the Device Database should fix the problem, where now devices should be better matched to the input ports.

Crestron's occupancy sensors should now only be allowed to drop onto Versiports, or other ports designed specifically for them (e.g. the occupancy sensor inputs on the GLPAC).

Note: For the 'Versiport and Digital I/O ports' changes to work properly Crestron Database v.30.00.001 and up is required.

The include4.dat file shipped with this Device Database enables the THREADSAFE keyword in SIMPL+ for the 2-Series processors. It is already a legal keyword for the 3-Series processors. HOWEVER, until firmware version 4.6 is released for the 2-Series, you will not be able to use it, and will get warning messages when uploading the program to the 2-Series processor. Until then, please continue to use conditionals around the THREADSAFE keyword as you are currently doing, when using it for the 3-Series only.
